1. General Remarks
This Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of personal information through the website bizyglobe.com (the “Website”), which is owned and operated by JT TechnoSoft Inc. (“Site Operator”). This Privacy Policy may be modified from time to time. Such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Privacy Policy.
Personal information includes information that uniquely identifies a user of the Website, such as a name, address, email address, and telephone number ("Personal Information").

The Site Operator collects Personal Information submitted by users through the Website.
In order to use some of the features offered on the Website, a user must register with the Site Operator for a user account (“Registered User”), which is a personal, non-commercial account. To create an account, a Registered User provides Personal Information including user name, email address, country. The Site Operator collects and retains the Personal Information that a Registered User submits when they create an account.
The Website provides a directory of pages containing information about businesses (“Business Pages”). Each Business Page is associated with a business (“Subscriber”). A Subscriber registers with the Site Operator for a business account by providing required identification information and required contact information, including business address, city, country, phone number, fax number, mobile number, and an email address in order to identify the business, publish identification and contact details on the Business Page, and receive enquiries from users. The Subscriber is responsible for providing information about the Subscriber’s business and the image to the Site Operator for display on their Business Page. The Subscriber is responsible for providing identification information and contact information, and for indicating what contact information, if any, to display on the Business Page. The Site Operator collects and retains the information that a Subscriber submits when they create an account and Business Page. To the extent that this information is personal information under applicable legislation, it is governed by this Privacy Policy.
A Business Page will include a mechanism for a Registered User of the Website to submit an enquiry to the Subscriber. The Registered User is responsible for the contents of the enquiry. The Site Operator collects and retains the contents of the enquiry.
A Registered User is permitted to submit a comment on or a review of a business associated with a Business Page. The Registered User is responsible for the contents of the comment and review. The Site Operator collects and retains the contents of the comment and review.
[Added on Feb 6, 2013] A Registered User is permitted to submit a freind or friend business's email address to forward an invitation to join the user base on the Website. The Registered User is responsible for such use of the friend and friend business's email address on the Website while the Site Operator uses the email address only for invitation.
[Added on Feb 6, 2013] A Subscriber is permitted to submit a friend business email address to forward a referral to the website on behalf of the Subscriber. The Subscriber is responsible for such use of the friend business's email address on the Website, while the Site Operator uses the email address only for invitation or referral.
The Site Operator does not collect financial information through the Website and no financial transactions are processed via the Website.
The Site Operator does not knowingly collect or maintain any Personal Information from children under the age of 13. In addition, the Website is not designed with the purpose of attracting any person under age 13.
4. Use of Personal Information
The Site Operator uses Personal Information for the purposes for which it is submitted, such as, to maintain a user and Subscriber accounts, display Business Pages, display comments and reviews, and provide user enquiries to Subscribers of Business Pages.
The Site Operator maintains user accounts for Registered Users using the Personal Information submitted by Registered Users to the Website.
A Registered User of the Website may submit an enquiry to a Subscriber of a Business Page. The Site Operator may provide to the Subscriber the contents of the enquiry and an email address associated with the Registered User who submitted the enquiry. In submitting an enquiry, the Registered User grants the Site Operator permission to forward the contents of the enquiry, the username associated with the Registered User, and the email address associated with the Registered User to the Subscriber of the Business Page.
A Registered User may submit a comment on or a review of a business associated with a Business Page. The Site Operator may publicly display the submitted comment or review on or in association with the published Business Page. As such, the Registered User shall not submit private, confidential, financial or proprietary information in the contents of a comment or review, and the Registered User shall be liable for the contents of the comment or review. The Site Operator may use the submitted comments and reviews to calculate a rating associated with each Business Page, where the rating may be used for a variety of purposes, such as indexing the Business Pages for example.
If a Subscriber believes that a submitted review or comment associated with their Business Page is false or inaccurate then the Subscriber can submit a complaint about the review to the Site Operator. A notice of the complaint will be sent to an email address associated with the Registered User that submitted the review or comment requesting that the Registered User properly justify the review or comment with factual details.
The Personal Information that the Site Operator collects may also be used in the following ways:
to deliver services on the Website,
to give notice of and/or resolve any problems should they arise in connection with our services,
to better understand the needs and interests of our customers,
to analyze the success of the services provided by the Website,
to customize the content on the Website for current and future needs,
to customize communications with users, and
as otherwise reasonably required to provide customer services and maintain the Website.
5. Protection of Personal Information
Physical, technical, electronic and managerial procedures have been employed to safeguard the security and integrity of Personal Information collected through the Website.

7. Service Providers
From time to time, the Site Operator may hire third parties to assist with the operation of the Website, certain functions such as customer service or promotional assistance, supporting the Website functionality, performing business analysis, and supporting features offered through the Website. These service providers may have access to Personal Information needed to perform their functions but are not permitted to share or use such information for any other purposes. The Site Operator requires all of service providers to comply with the safeguards described in this Privacy Policy.
8. Disclosure of Personal Information
The Site Operator may disclose information to uphold the law, and in response to subpoenas, court orders, requests from law enforcement or third parties enforcing private rights or defending legal claims, or to establish or exercise its legal rights or defend against legal claims. Personal Information is retained as long as reasonably necessary to deliver the Website services, to otherwise fulfill identified or apparent purposes, and for record-keeping. Personal Information thereafter is destroyed, erased or anonymized.

The Site Operator may, at its sole and absolute discretion, modify or revise the Privacy Policy at any time.
